Desorption And Absorption tower are key equipments in the tail gas recovery process, equipped cooperatively with absorption tower、cool oil pump、cooler、heat exchanger、heater、hot oil pump,etc.
Desorption And Absorption Tower Description
During the solvent gas recovery process, first absorbing the solvent gas in the tail gas through absorption tower, then separate the solvent in the flowed miscella oil through desorption tower by stripping distillation method,achieves to solvent recovery.
The gas & liquid phases flow method can countercurrent and cocurrent flow in the absorption tower. Normally it adopts countercurrent operation, absorbent is added from the top of tower flows from top to bottom, contacts fully with the gas flowed from bottom to top, the liquid absorbed the absorbent discharges from the bottom of the tower, the purified gas expels from the top of tower.
