Bucket elevator’s characteristics are in the following:
- Beautiful appearance,small volume,less power consumption,big conveying capacity.
- Reasonable and reliable driven mechanism, adopts CAM coating crafts at the head wheel which increases friction coefficient and reduces deviation. Since the head wheel adopts mechanical packing,exchange easily after abrasion.
- Adopts high strength plastic hopper,long usage life,big charge ratio.
Adopts strong hopper belt, big extension strength, low elongation ratio. - The heat wheel and tail wheel is squirrel cage structure,lower the breaking ratio in maximum.
- Set anti-kickback fingers, when powers cut,stop rotation suddenly,the seeds won’t back flow to the bottom of elevator, reduce material digging. When it make maintenance,the belt won’t reverse,ensure the operator safety.
