Introduction

What Is Palm Fruit Extraction Process

The palm fruit extraction process is as following:

Reception

Transport FFB to reception station, flow to the scraper conveyor, conveyed to sterilizing station

Sterilization

Utilize high temperature to steam the FFB and make sterilization(145℃,90-120min). the fruit is easy to separate from the bunch, the fruit gets soft, increase the fruit humidity, simultaneously easy for separate the nut,prevent the enzyme decomposition,prevent the free fatty acid rise.

Threshing

Separate the fruit through strong vibration.

Digesting

Stir the fruits and make steam cooking again.

Pressing

Separate the nut from the pulp, get the crude palm oil and nut(Non-broken-Convey to Depericarper)

Clarification 

Separate the oil from the sludge(Obtain 90% pure oil), the extracted oil contains 45-55% moisture、sludge matters and others.

Purification

Oil purification treatment-improve purity

Oil refining process

Drying

Extract the moisture from the oil, the moisture can decrease to 0.1%.
